Overgrown trees almost cover the Jamaica Public Service pole by North Street and Johns Lane in Kingston. Morton Scott, a church caretaker in the area, told THE STAR that the heavy vegetation blocks the streetlight, making the area very dark at nights. Scott also said he has called the utility company many times to report the issue but up to yesterday, the trees had not been clipped.
