Man's body found in tank in Mocho

The body of Evon Graham was discovered in a tank in the Stewarton community of Mocho early Monday morning.

The discovery was made when a resident went to the tank to draw water.

It is believed that Graham drowned sometime on the weekend.

Another resident from the area, Dobby Manning, said that he has always been warning Graham, believed to be in his late 40s, to stay out of the tank.

"Normally, him always go down a di tank go bathe and a say: Don't go down in di tank. Di tank full a water, you a guh drown," he said.

Manning said that last Friday evening, he told Graham that he would be leaving a bucket out for him to draw the water with and bathe.

"That a di last time mi see him. When mi come a work, mi hear sey him drown," said Manning.

Manning said it is Graham's habit to use a piece of steel to get out of the tank after he finished having his bath.
